[ PARISH LIFE CENTER ]
In July 2009, we completed our "Together We Will" campaign, raising well over our $2.5 million goal to allow us to break ground this fall on the $6.5 million facility.
The Parish Life Center will provide Emmaus with 31,000 square feet of long overdue fellowship and meeting space, classrooms, nursery, adoration chapel, youth center, cafe, and more. The building will serve as a hub for the life of the parish outside of the Mass, a community center to serve our current ministry needs as well as allow and encourage even more growth than could have ever been possible without the space.
The youth center will especially benefit our Journey Middle School and Outcry High School ministries. For us, the PAC will provide invaluable spaces for our ministries that will allow us to accomodate, draw, and hold more youth and foster greater community involvement. The youth center will feature:
Dynamic youth room to seat 150+ with stage and cutting edge multimedia systems for large presentations
Contemporary loft balcony with video game stations and pool, foosball, air hockey, and ping pong tables
Cafe with coffee bar, grouped seating, and outdoor patio for social gatherings and small meetings
Upstairs lounge / library / home theater for movies, small meetings and grouped seating for studying or reading

DID YOU KNOW...?
SEED Cards are a great way to support the PAC Campaign! A percentage of all of our purchases with these cards that funciton like gift cards will go directly into the Emmaus PAC fund! It's money you already spend and you can help a lot just by using SEED Cards instead of cash, check, or credit card.
You can sign up online at www.emmauslakeway.com to regular e-giving! A stewardship parish requires we all do our part. The tithe envelopes can be hard to remember, so sign up today for e-giving and be regular about your contributions! There is even a way to allocate certain amounts to the PAC, the diocesan fund, and charities.
